About LCXM, Inc.
Our History
LCXM, Inc. was founded in 2022 by Justin "Jup" Noll. The story is grounded to a time when the pace of life moved slower, people thought deeper, and communities supported one another without going viral... as if life depended upon it - because it did. A story of the generational pursuit of balance of faith, family, hard work and resources provided. Within that history, there are many families that comprise "The Legend of Mooney Creek". Families connected through bonds that were established and existed generations ago with people we have never personally known. Visually, it is alive in the church and through records collected, orally it lives in the stories told by those who remember long enough to share them... to those that will listen.
In 1907 these families funded and completed construction of this church. Living next door to the church that one's ancestors helped build meant attendance at mass may not have always been through divine choice of free will for Justin (particularly as a teenager), but it did create the opportunity to appreciate the unique architecture, detailed aesthetics and fondness for the craftsmanship of the structure and the people that built it. Being a part of this history inspired a virtuous desire to build and create enduring projects with aesthetic beauty and purpose. This pursuit for building, creation, and fundamental knowledge extended through undergraduate education in physics at Benedictine college. It expanded through the civil engineering program at the University of Kansas and continues today.
In the blue- & white-collar & C-suite world after college, Justin's knowledge for building and creating enduring projects has carved a professional career path that includes direct involvement on projects across more than half of the lower 48 United States. Prior to establishing LCXM, he led collaborations for over 20 years with some of the nation’s largest heavy civil infrastructure owners, ENR (Engineering News-Record) top 500 engineering and contracting companies on a diverse range of projects and programs in a wide range of places. Justin is unique and special just like everyone else, but what deviates him from others in this life is his experienced recognition of the details, conscientious knowledge and willingness to go the 'extra mile', and the downright ability to just 'make it happen'.
Moving beyond history to the here and now - This is where the future remembers it's roots. This is a company that moves forward without losing the craft, discipline, or instincts. This is not a fad, it's a foundation.
The four letters L, C, X, & M not only stand for Limitless Construction eXcavation & Materials, but they represent the four most rewarding projects any parent could ever dream to be a part of.
With L., C., X., & M - they are four projects that have been and continue to be the most impactful, humbling, and rewarding work in this life and the connection from this history to the future.
That's the history - And the new standard.

We are small but formidable. Our established network and connected footprint consist of an increasing number of skilled trades, project managers, support staff, suppliers, vendors, manufacturers, brokers, agents, engineers, and contractors. All these groups of fantastic individual colleagues, partners, associates friends, and family are ready to ensure projects are completed on time, budget, and locked into expectations.
There are no 'typical' projects here - Every project, location, owner, and day are different, unique, and special. Which is why we are so thankful for all of them... AND YOU! Yes, YOU!

If any of that sounds less like a sales pitch and more like a daily paid vacation... well, it's not. The daily vacation is piece of mind from peace at work. Knowing what you are made of; and then making what you know better by sharing with the world as part of a memorable group of people that give more than a damn and genuinely have fun doing it.
THIS IS FAMILY - A family that invites all, that invite themselves to a attain a certain caliber. We say: "No thank you" to half-hearted work, recycled designs, or corporate oatmeal. No Friday morning DONUT or HAPPY BIRTHDAY emails to the entire field staff who were NEVER in the office to partake in the festivities to begin with... our folks prefer steak dinners anyway!
And lastly; and without any doubt - we are our brothers' keeper.
A family that prays for forgiveness together and plays unforgivingly together. Works hard and plays harder.
